I was born in Thailand and spent the first years of my life in freedom sailing the islands, across the seas, we lived a nomadic life, the sea was the womb that nurtured me.

 

In my 20’s, my transformational journey began when I moved from South Africa to Los Angeles. Through a long process, I discovered that the true meaning of freedom is not dependent on your circumstances but rather your state of mind. For the first time, I was in awe of the wild life source that moves me from within.

 

Finally, I leaned into my identity as being of service to others, knowing that I was intrinsically connected to all things and that God was always with me. What a joy to simply exist! I had my doula awakening September 2022, where I experienced my own liberation through education. Being surrounded by women who were my heroes and hearing her-stories of their birth, I felt a fire in my belly that needed to be shared with others and so I birthed Bhava Doula.

I’m passionate about creating a safe space for women, to share and process her deepest fears. I desire to be a place of complete acceptance that allows her to tap into her sensual, primal, physical and spiritual energy in labor.  I combine the latest research with the humane  touch every woman should be entitled to. I passionately believe that education empowers us and being seen and supported allows us to blossom.
